DH and I tried this ice cream shop and the staff is superb!!! They have out of the box flavors and I’m sure most everyone will find something that tickles their fancy. Shout out to Cierra for being super friendly and knowledgeable. We will be back Salt & Straw.

I came as a Yelp guest with my friend, and I was so excited to enjoy some good-quality ice cream. We got to try a LOT of flavors, which was one of the best parts of the experience. I sampled the Mint Chocolate Chip and the Lavender Sweet Potato flavors and… let’s just say those were a BIG no for me. 😂 But hey, that’s the joy of trying new things, right? Now, the real star of the show was the Snickerdoodle. OMG. It was AMAZING!!! Seriously, I could go for a Snickerdoodle cone right now. The customer service was just as impressive as the ice cream. Cierra took her time with my friend and me, answered our questions, and genuinely wanted to make sure we enjoyed our visit. That level of customer service really stands out. The shop itself is so cute and inviting. It has a great atmosphere, and honestly, I wish we had one in Houston because I would definitely be a regular. Great ice cream, great customer service, and a great experience overall! 🍦✨ Oh, and P.S.… can we talk about those little spoons they have? OMG, they are so adorable! I’ve never seen spoons like that before, and now I need a set for absolutely no reason at all.

So good! The hip and happening ice cream place on Magnolia. The people working here are fantastic. They were so patient when we tasted all the unique flavors. We ended up selecting a cone of rhubarb, a double scoop of cheesecake with salted yuza curd and salted malted chocolate chip cookie dough. Everything was delicious. We will definitely be back.

Good ice cream. I have been wanting to try Salt & Straw for years. It's my sisters favorite ice cream in Portland. We went and tried a few flavors to sample including the jalapeño cream cheese which literally tasted just like cold jalapeno cream cheese. We ended up getting some basic flavors. Coffee with nuts and salted caramel ribbon. It was good. Just normal ice cream.

Every single person there was smiling!!! The wonderful staff was full of energy and sharing there favorite flavors. YOU CAN TRY THEM ALL!!!! I only tried 4...this time😊 I left with 3 scoop flavors and happiness filling my heart. I use to visit Salt n Straw in California now its just 15 minutes away. DANGEROUS in the best way. Kudos to the store manager for being so genuine and friendly.
